17 days until we find out if this is a boy or girl, can you tell I am so excited? It really does not matter to us either way, but I just want to know!! I can start shopping for a certain color and that is so much more fun! :)

I am at the tail end of 5 days off of school. I would love to say that I completed loads of projects and that my Christmas shopping is done, but I can't. I did however watch the complete first season of the TV show Big Love AND rent the first two discs of season 2. Not quite sure what it is about it, but I am so into it and it is ridiculous! The puppies have not minded one bit having to lay around all weekend!

Josh comes home late Wednesday or early Thursday sometime and it is so time! You would think that it would get easier for him to be away from home but I think it is getting harder for me. I know that it is a great job and all of that but so wish he could be here every night.....and if he were I would probably be wishing he was not! :)

Here's to a great and BUSY week! Only 26 days until Chirstmas and only 22 days until I get to go home and see my family!! There is nothing better than going home!

Today is catch up day for me! And it is much needed! I did enjoying laying in bed and reading for about two hours this morning before I started the day. I am reading 19 Minutes by Jodi Picoult and it is wonderful....all of her books are! Something to really check out if you are a reader. My favorite book of hers is My Sister's Keeper.

Anyways, I have pictures to share of my trip to NYC. The pictures really do not do it any justice because it is so big, beautiful, busy, overwhelming, and exciting! As many great things we saw I was bummed that I did not take more pictures. It was all just happening so fast....anyways here are a few that I took.
And here is my student teacher's puppy Lila Jo. She is also a long hair mini dachshund and I love to babysit her! She is so funny because she loves to EAT! I had to do a few thing in the other room and when I came back she had eaten so much so had to lay down to keep eating! Look at that belly!

Its a live feed of 6 puppies. It is the cutest thing ever because it shows them all day and night. I am addicted to them! There is no way we are getting another dog, but I am in love with the one with the yellow collar on! She is a never ending player! I am sure one day soon they will have a sign up that says the puppies are for sale, but I don't care, they are so fun to watch!

We go to the doctor again on December 17 and will get to find out what the baby is! I cannot wait to find out if it is a boy or girl growing inside of me! And we are excited that it is right before Christmas! We have names picked out so we will waiting to see what we have before we say anything.

And now for my puppies! We took pictures of them in their Halloween costumes a while ago and I just think that they are so cute! Lilli was a lobster and Maggi was a skunk. They did better with the costumes than I thought they would and my students at school thought that they were the cutest things ever!

Well I have off to get the rest of my "to-do" list done. We only have school Monday and Tuesday this week, so I am looking forward to a mini vacation! Have a fabulous week!

I am back!

I am back!! After a LONG two weeks of packing, moving, cleaning, and everything else going on in life I am ready to relax! We are offically out of the old house and into the new. Josh did 80% of the move and clean up by himself, his sister, Lori and her kids did the other 19% and I was left with a mere 1% to deal with. Even without the work it is still stressful! As we were moving one day the little kids would even yell at me if they thought I was carrying something that might be too heavy....and I was not even going for close to heavy things! :)......By no means are we unpacked, but that will come with time......I hope! Something to do when Josh is gone next time.

I got back from New York last night at about 1 am. My luggage however did not come back with me. I was really cute today at work without anything, I mean not even a blow dryer for my hair, or make up today. When I got there another teacher asked me if I was okay, I said that nothing made it back with me, and they kindly said they thought I was sick because my nose is plugged....I had not even talked yet when they asked! :)

Tomorrow is a huge day for our school with school wide evaluations. I know that I am doing a good job, but they still make me so nervous!! So I am heading to bed. I need to be well rested for my freak out day! :) And as of tomorrow we are 16 weeks along and going to the doctor tomorrow after school! That is so exciting for us......Josh is full of questions again. :)
