~{ a work in progress}~

WOW! Really, over 6 months have past! But, here I am and ready to go again! Its summer break and I am going to get my life back in order and this is something that will not suffer again! My brain is refreshed, I am rested, my house is clean, and it feels good! Hats off to all moms that work year round AND keep everything organized! You deserve a metal for what you do!

So we have already had a 1st birthda y at our house! Baren turned 1 on May 7th and he had a great party with family and friends! At his 1 year shots he weighed in at 31 pounds and is 34 inches tall! He is just a little guy! :)

6 months old

Well at 6 months Baren is so busy! He is rolling all over the place and quickly letting me know how not baby friendly our house it! But, I am working on it!

Of course we TRIED a photo session in the leaves but he was not a big fan of them! I got a few, what else could I ask for?!
And who wakes up this happy? Not me and I am not sure where he gets it from! These were taken today after this afternoon nap! What a smiley boy!

And he LOVES to play!

5 months old

Almost 4 months!

My happy, happy boy! He is just so great! I hate to leave him to go to work, but I know he is in good hands! We have been enjoying a lazy weekend together and I had to get some pictures to share with his Nana, Papa, and auntie Nauna....they have only asked for updated ones about 100 times this week! :)

And we eat rice now! He LOVES it, most of the time! He is just growing so much I can not believe it!

With Josh gone so much we decided to get webcams to make it easier on all of us. Yesterday I was busy and was not able to sit down at the computer when he was able to, so I set Baren up and they "talked". It was the cutest thing! They carried on a conversation for over 10 minutes! Josh said that he was telling him that I do not feed him enough....looks that way, right?!

And then some others that I love! He is just the best baby and I HATE to think about leaving him in less than two weeks! It does not seem possible that I have been home with him for almost 4 months!
